IME agency leads next level storytelling, experience and advocacy

Women-led TeamAsia celebrates 30

MANILA, PHILIPPINES—TeamAsia, an award-winning Integrated Marketing Experience (IME) agency, celebrates 30 years of delivering impactful and meaningful storytelling for people, brands, industries and communities not only in the Philippines, but globally as well.

Responding to the demands of a constantly changing marketing industry landscape, TeamAsia takes IME to the next level streamlining and synthesizing its core services to better cater to client needs.

Transforming from Content to TeamAsia PR, this line of business now becomes a more distinct and solid Public Relations Department offering Corporate PR, Consumer PR, and Advocacy PR. While always at the core of the agency’s efforts, Advocacy takes its official place in the business focused on nation-building and inspiring the marginalized sector.

TeamAsia DigiCreatives combines Digital, Creatives and Technology moving towards more cutting-edge and data-driven solutions, expanding the agency’s capabilities for end-to-end ecommerce marketing services through web tech-enabled SEO, such as AI-assisted search performance and analytics tools, and voice-enabled search technologies.

Inclusivity, empowerment, entrepreneurship: Inspiration from the top

The tandem of Monette Hamlin, Founder and President, and Bea Lim, Managing Director is the bedrock of TeamAsia, especially in the last 9 years. The mother-and-daughter team is a balance of generations, yes, but a general meeting of minds in the aspects that bring out good for the business. Such corporate hard-sell initiatives of the last decade like inclusivity, women empowerment, and young leadership have been TeamAsia standards for most of its thirty years.

“TeamAsia is women-owned, women-led, and majority women. Early on, we understood the toll work takes on women, especially on mothers. Women can bring so much to the economy,  yet all their earnings go to the needs of the family, and not to them. Women always give back. We have platforms that address the unpaid work that women are doing like MommaCon, and Monette’s Musings column on The Red Circle,” shares multi-awarded Monette.

The agency is robust with young leaders and GenZ teams. At the helm is a millennial who already is astute in industry matters. Exuberant with positivity, Bea says, “You are never too young to make a difference. These are the people behind the stories we push out. That’s what future generations should know: As long as you find an avenue to make a difference, make it happen.”

Cross-generation leadership, diverse expertise and camaraderie all around. Making every person count is the agency’s longevity. Once a TeamAsian, always a TeamAsian.

Says Bea, “Constantly evolving may be scary, so, lean on your tribe for staying power. These are the people that allow you to be you.”

“Thirty years is such an amazing milestone for us here in TeamAsia. We are thankful for our team of passionate people who are serious about making a difference in the world,” says Lim. “We are in the business of creating and sustaining powerful stories that drive positive change in society, and we aim to do this for many years to come.

With TeamAsia PR and DigiCreatives, we believe that we are elevating our expertise in storytelling and helping our clients in pushing out messages that bring meaningful and lasting impact in our communities and society.”

MDIAS 14

TeamAsia highlights the success of My Dream In A Shoebox (MDIAS), championing 14 years of advocacy to fulfill schoolchildren’s dreams. Levelling up year on year, from delivering shoeboxes filled with school supplies to last December’s partnership with Yellow Boat of Hope where MDIAS reached 920,000 donations for 3 eHubs and 100 scholarships nationwide.

30th Anniversary

eBook everyone? Capping its offerings, TeamAsia launched a teaser of TeamAsia’s Best: Conquering Next Level Experiences in honor of its late founder, Michael Alan Hamlin. The eBook shares its secret sauce with IME practitioners providing best case models.

“(The eBook) is a testament to our strong commitment of uplifting others—a vision we are all proud to say has become a reality. We are committed to consistently go beyond what is expected to continue bringing everyone to the Next Level Experience,” says Monette Hamlin, President and Founder.

Still a work in progress, several stories are ready for sharing as teasers every month while eyeing an end-year completion. The eBook is subscription-based and ready for delivery in December. *
