Fat Butchik’s smoked pork belly is back in BF Homes!

Many southies mourned the closing of Fat Butchik’s back in 2018 and the casual rooftop dining scene along the El Grande / Aguirre Ave route was never the same again. Fat Butchik’s ambiance was a unique experience sandwiched between the BF Homes evening skyline with the muffled reverberations of the vinyl record bar right under it. Butch Adiviso only opened at night, but if you came in early, you could sit and watch his makeshift meat smoker and inhale the afternoon aromas well into the night.

In a surprise Facebook post, they low-key announced that they’re smoking their signature pork belly again. According to Butch, they do not have a physical location yet but they’ve restarted the smoker so you can have your favorite meats, salpicao beans and more (soon!) delivered to your home. In a post-COVID-19 society, eating good food at home from your favorite restaurants may be the new normal.

You can order their slabs through their Facebook page or message them at 0906 414 52 54. Payment is via COD, Lalamove or BPI Bank Transfer. They usually post on their FB page if slots are full for the day so it’s best to message ahead of time for the next batch of orders. Their smoked meats are totally legit.
