For any queries or concerns, the Amigo Chat provides customers real-time communication with riders or a customer support agent, where they can send their location or images all within the Amigo app.

Amigo also makes deliveries more efficient with the option to book a delivery ahead of time, as far as a month ahead! Additionally, customers can have up to 20 drop-offs for one booking. When it comes to package security, Amigo also has real-time tracking of riders and a security code feature that ensures package security. This helps ease the mind of customers, and assures them that the packages they send out arrive at the right locations and are given to the right people. Amigo’s platform also ensures its customers’ information and personal details are kept safely and cannot be accessed by riders upon completion of a delivery.

Project Move Inc. started planning the business model of Amigo in December 2019. They spent the entirety of 2020 developing, testing, and refining the application.
