The best organic restaurants where you can bring your mom (In the South)

Mother’s day is finally here! What better way to show love to nanay by taking her out for a meal? There’s an endless list of restaurants in the country, but there’s nothing that expresses love and consideration better than organic restaurants. Organic restaurants provide healthy options and promote a sustainable mindset, with the promise that the food served to you is fresh in both preparation and origin.

Since we care for the health and happiness of all mothers , here’s a list of the best organic restaurants where you can bring your mom on her special day.

The Farm Organics

Most people think of salad greens when they hear the word “organic.” What sets The Farm Organics apart is their take on beef burgers. They are one of the first restaurants to serve domestically produced organic beef. Guests can enjoy mouth-watering burgers and steaks minus the questionable ingredients found in fast food.

If your mom is into healthy eating, but is still too much of a meat eater, The Farm Organics is your best bet.

Nestled in Molito Alabang is an organic restaurant with a name that practically screams green. But don’t be fooled! Salad Bowl’s menu has more than just salad. You can find dishes full of cream and cheese, like their Smoked Fish Barrel and Vegetable Lasagna. They also have flavorful salad choices like the Barbecue Chicken Salad. For the true carnivores out there, they have the Grilled Beef Tomahawk that is best cooked medium, served with potato wedges and roasted veggies.

It’s so good that you’ll probably forget that you’re in a healthy restaurants.

The Wholesome Table

Dubbed as a guilt-free restaurant, The Wholesome Table has self-imposed rules, so their kitchen forbids the use of “unhealthy” or processed ingredients such as MSG, canned products, or margarine.

Bianca Elizalde is focused on her vision of nurturing health and sustainability, and that practice is reflected in her restaurant.

The selection makes you feel at home, with the added benefit of organic ingredients. Standout items include their Orzo Salad, Burrata, and Meatloaf.

Earth Origins Marketplace + Café

If your mother likes shopping for organic products and ingredients, Earth Origins is a place where you can go and buy all the natural products to use at home!

Earth Origins is a two-floor establishment: marketplace on the first floor, cafe on the second. The marketplace has healthy food ingredients such as protein pasta, skinny seasoning and even an organic version of Heinz ketchup. You can also find organic frozen meats and sausages, as well as a large variety of skincare and wellness products.

On the second floor, you’ll find a cafe that serves both hearty and light selections such as the Veggie Burger, Organic Grilled Porkchop, and Organic Chicken Pattie with a side salad.

Even if your mom isn’t on the healthy train yet, this is a great first step.

Mother’s Day allows us to give back the love our mothers have shown over the years. As our moms age, we can encourage a healthy lifestyle not only to show our love but also to show that we’re watching out for them, that even as we walk our own paths, we still care about their future.

So give organic restaurants a try, and make your mommas full and proud!
