High-rise residential condominium development 1001 Parkway Residences in Alabang, Muntinlupa recently celebrated several significant milestones, according to luxury real estate developer Filigree.
A concrete pouring ceremony marked the project’s transition from plans to reality. It also got a 5-star rating for Best High-Rise Architecture in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024.
