How to get groceries delivered to your house

Does this happen to you? You want to cook your favorite dish but you’re too lazy to go out, and you wonder if there’s a way to get your groceries delivered to your house? Going to the grocery store takes time and effort. You have to either commute or drive through the busy roads and brave the traffic just to reach your destination. Plus, you have to line up at the counter to pay, and then you have to carry those bags all the way home.

Well, worry no more! Here are four online stores that deliver groceries straight to your doorstep:

1. Metromart

Metromart is a delivery service in the Philippines founded in April 2015. You can purchase from a variety of stores such as S&R, Robinsons Supermarket, Watsons, Generika Drugstore, Pet Express, Pan de Manila, Family Mart, National Bookstore, and many more depending on your need and location.

They currently deliver in cities located in Metro Manila: Las Pinas, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, and Taguig. Delivery fee depends on the store and the time you want your order to be delivered. You can also get free delivery when you meet the store’s minimum amount. They accept credit card payments from major issuing banks, and they also accept cash on delivery (COD) payment.

How to order? Visit Metromart or download the mobile app, available on the iOS App Store and Google Playstore.

2. Waltermart Supermarket

Waltermart is a known supermarket here in the Philippines and they recently started offering online delivery. They have almost all the products that you need: baked goods, dairy, frozen food, grocery, health and personal care, produce, fresh meat, even baby care. However, there’s a minimum purchase requirement of Php 2,000.

As of now, they deliver anywhere in Metro Manila with a fixed delivery fee of Php 300. You can pay COD or online through AMEX, VISA, and MasterCard branded cards.

How to order? Go to Waltermart Supermarket or download the mobile app, available on the iOS App Store and Google Playstore. Create an account, and start ordering!

3. Pushkart PH

Pushkart PH is another online store that delivers groceries to your house. It was founded and developed by a group of young Filipinos. You can sop at different stores, such as Puregold, Ever Supermarket, and Fisher Supermarket.

They charge a convenience fee for the service provided by the shoppers who select the items on your list and deliver the groceries  to your address. This is called the “Grocer’s Fee”, and its cost depends on the subtotal of your order. They accept payments via VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, Paymaya, and over-the-counter via DragonPay.

How to order? You can order by going to Pushkart PH. You just need to sign up or log in. Then select the products that you want and enter your location.

4. Real Food

If you want to purchase healthy groceries, then Real Food is the best choice for you. They have two physical stores: one is located at Molito Lifestyle Mall, Muntinlupa City, and the other one is in ICON Showroom Building, BGC. One of the services that they offer is grocery delivery. You can choose from products that are non-dairy, gluten free, vegan, organic, sugar free, zero waste, keto-friendly, and 100% local, as they are sourced from farmers, cooperatives, and social enterprises.
