Hilton Manila announced the revival of its Four Hands Culinary Series, starting with the enchanting flavors of Balinese and Indonesian cuisine. Until June 30, diners at the hotel’s Kusina Sea Kitchens will have the opportunity to indulge in the vibrant tastes and rich heritage of Bali without having to leave Manila.
To offer an authentic culinary experience, Hilton Manila flew in renowned Balinese chef Wayan Juni Ardhana, the executive sous chef at Hilton Bali with an impressive 22-year experience in the industry. With Chef Juni’s expertise, guests can expect an exceptional showcase of Balinese culinary traditions featuring a delectable array of dishes that include Soto ayam, Bebek Betutu, Sambal Udang, Nasi Goreng, Beef Rendang, and many more.
The Balinese buffet will be served at the Kusina Sea Kitchens from 12 noon until 2:30 PM for lunch priced at around P2,500 and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM at about P2,800. As a limited-time offer, patrons who will book a table for four will get a 25% discount. Hilton Manila also announced that two lucky diners of the promotion also get a chance to win a four days, three nights stay at Hilton Bali, with roundtrip tickets to Denspasar as sponsored by Cebu Pacific.
“We believe that our Four Hands Culinary Series at Kusina Sea Kitchens is the perfect opportunity for Manila residents to experience for themselves the vibrant culture and flavors of Bali, without having to travel far,” said Hilton Manila General Manager John Lucas.
When asked what cuisine diners and guests can expect next for the Four Hands Culinary Series, Hilton Manila Executive Chef Ryan Hong told The Red Circle, “Maybe Thai, maybe Vietnamese, we’ll see.”
