Filigree unveils east-facing units in Alabang, promises sunrise serenity

Luxury real estate developer Filigree has unveiled its latest offering: spacious, east-facing 1-bedroom units at Two Botanika Residences in Filinvest City, Alabang. The development promises residents a serene start to each day with breathtaking sunrise views and easy access to business and lifestyle hubs.

“Mornings will be something to look forward to because the first thing residents would see are the sunrise and a beautiful view — the life they deserve,” said Daphne Sanchez, head of Filigree, the brand portfolio behind the residential masterpieces in Metro Manila and Metro Clark.

Unlike the typical 35–55 sqm 1-bedroom condos, Two Botanika’s units boast a generous 70–76 sqm floor area. Residents can enjoy a harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living with access to world-class amenities such as swimming pools, play areas, a game room, and a fitness center.

Two Botanika’s 1-bedroom units offer gracious living spaces for individuals and families, all nestled amidst nature’s embrace.

Two Botanika’s unique selling point is its emphasis on open spaces and nature integration. The development features a variety of outdoor areas like the Line Garden, sky lounge, greenhouse and lawn space where residents can relax and connect with nature. For added exclusivity, Palms Country Club members residing at Two Botanika enjoy convenient access to the club via a private gate.

New York-trained designer Tina Periquet conceptualized Two Botanika’s efficient layout, prioritizing safety, comfort, and a sense of community. The curved unit design and abundant natural light create a relaxing atmosphere. Periquet emphasized the importance of creating a space where residents can truly unwind and escape the stresses of city life.

“My ultimate task is to curate experiences in the home. So, [I designed Two Botanika in a way that] there is a nice sense of community and it’s really very much in keeping with the overall idea of being in a healthful place where you can just relax and not feel confined the way you normally would in a condo tower. There is a sense of expansiveness, openness, actual ventilation, and daylight,” said Periquet.

Inspired by tropical living, the development features deep balconies or “lanais” that maximize airflow and provide a spacious feel. With 70% of the property dedicated to open spaces, Two Botanika offers a luxurious and sustainable living experience. EVD
